To enroll, complete the information above,
clip and mail to: PKC Puppy Kindergarten at PO Box 580 in Wingate, NC
28174. Include your check or money order in the amount of $30.00
per dog made payable to the Piedmont Kennel Club. Keep the bottom
portion of this sheet which contains resources below and your class
schedule dates on the reverse -- Thursday evenings 7:15 to 8:30.
Puppies should be at least 11 weeks old to enter. There is no upper age
limit. Bring your most recent veterinary shot records to the first
class you attend. You will need a six foot leash and a buckled
collar. To enter more than one dog, please photocopy the entry form

From I-77, take exit 90 at the NC/SC border (Carowinds exit.) Go west on
Carowinds Blvd. (toward route 49). Turn left onto Choate Circle at the
Carowinds Campgrounds + TJ Maxx traffic light, go about two miles on
Choate Circle to the Piedmont Kennel Club site on the right. Watch for
PKC's gate in the split rail fence across the property front. Park and
enter at the west end of the large show building. See you there!
